LECA Prices and Information
Light Expanded Clay Aggregate is ideal for use as an insulating sub-base beneath ground floors or as a light weight aggregate in slabs. It consists of lightweight, porous, ceramic granules formed by expanding special clays at high temperatures. In bulk, the coated version of LECA is free-draining and has negative capillary action, good load-bearing properties and good thermal qualities (k = 0.15 w/mk).

We can offer bulk discounts on pallets of bags. For projects with suitable access we also supply bulk 1.25 cubic metre bags which can offer even greater savings, with unit prices equating to around £3 - £3.50 per 50 litre bag.
